Extension Springs
The extension springs absorb and store energy and also create resistance to a tensile strength. The round or square spring steel can be made from wires. The spring steel wire is usually cold-shaped in the desired positions on fully automatic CNC spring winding machines.
No-pitch springs are similar to the compressed springs, but the voltage is loaded. It is necessary to open the hook at the spring heads to ensure the pulling force of a no-pitch spring.
It is the pre-tension that determines how tight a extension spring is winding together. This bias voltage can be manipulated to obtain the load requirements of a particular application.
Manufactured as with or without adjacent coils such as standart hooks and German & English or custom designed loops.
